Great work. As an aside, I always find it funny how formal GI uniforms looked (e.g., lapels on the jackets). Normal for the times, I suppose; glad I don't have to rock a collar and tie while slogging through winter snow.
I have to confess that I have always preferred the "parade ground" version for my troops. I think the Italians also wore ties? But they would look more fashionable, I'm sure.
