Ghouls and Zombies
Some shots of a few test models painted today. I like these, went with grey-green for ghouls and pale flesh for zombies. Otherwise they could get mixed up...can't have that...
Just looked back, $80 bought the army box set, contains 40 skellies, 20 armored skellies, 20 ghouls, 30 zombies, with free shipping (from Mantic direct). So that's about 0.75 per model.
That's a sweet deal. From GW $80 would get you 20 zombies and 15 skellies. Better price and better minis. Good size army to start. I wonder if GW has felt any effect from Mantic's cheaper prices and far more intelligent packaging.
How ghastly! They look at least as good as the GW sculpts. How do they compare price-wise?

ReplyDeleteProbably not. We sell them. Dave is the first guy I know to buy any in a year and he didn't get them from us. :-). They have not caught on at all.
